Use Testbox to learn and test—not to attack systems, process real sensitive data, or depend on simulated output for production decisions.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Uassert Testbox, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational purpose
Testbox provides simulated interfaces, industry workflows, selectors, test tools, and generated examples for education, evaluation, and test-automation practice. It is not a production banking, healthcare, commerce, identity, or payment service.
All people, balances, orders, patient details, credentials, and transactions shown in the playground are demonstrations. Do not treat simulated results as real-world records or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may explore the playground, run automation against it, generate practice scripts, and use it for lawful training and evaluation. You agree not to:
- interfere with the service or intentionally overwhelm its hosting infrastructure;
- use the service to distribute malware, evade security controls, or attack unrelated systems;
- probe accounts, hosts, or data that you do not own or have permission to test;
- submit real passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive data;
- misrepresent Testbox output as a certification, warranty, or production result; or
- remove ownership, attribution, or rights notices displayed by the service.
4. Your inputs and exports
You are responsible for the data, selectors, scripts, test cases, and other material you enter or export. You confirm that you have the right to use that material and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
Review generated code before using it elsewhere. Generated examples can contain mistakes, incomplete assertions, or assumptions that do not fit your application.
5. Site materials and branding
These website terms do not grant permission to copy, modify, or redistribute Testbox code, product names, logos, or third-party assets. Any separate written permission or terms supplied with a specific asset control its permitted use.
6. Availability and third-party services
The service may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. There is no promise that saved browser state, generated output, or a particular workflow will remain available or compatible.
Links to learning resources and social platforms are provided for convenience. Uassert does not control those third-party services or their terms.
7. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Testbox is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Uassert and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of—or inability to use—the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every exclusion, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted there.
8. Changes, enforcement, and contact
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, operators, or hosting infrastructure. These terms may be updated as the service changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
